School Board Meeting March 19, 2025 - 6:30 PM

The School District of the City of York Board of School Directors will hold a virtual School Board Regular (voting) Meeting at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. The agenda for the Regular Meeting will be available via the following link prior to the start of the meeting: https://app.agendamanager.com/ycsd.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this meeting will be held virtually through the Zoom video conferencing platform and streamed live through YouTube.

City of York residents seeking to make comments during the meeting should enter via Zoom. City of York residents not seeking to make comments should view the meeting using the YouTube link. We are restricted to 100 visitors in the Zoom video conferencing platform.

Please click the following link to attend the meeting via Zoom: Registration Link. To complete your request to attend the Regular Meeting, you will be emailed a meeting ID and password needed to join the Regular School Board Meeting via the email you provided. If you do not receive your meeting ID and password by 5:00 PM on the day of the meeting, please email Mrs. Jessica Althoff, Director of Technology, at althojes@ycs.k12.pa.us for assistance. (Please note - passwords and meeting IDs will be sent before 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting).
If you plan to attend in-person and wish to speak during the comment section of the meeting, please indicate that on the Registration Form.
In addition, City of York residents wishing to share comments to be read during the Regular Meeting may email the comments to Ms. Lori Ferrell, Board Secretary, at ferrelor@ycs.k12.pa.us. Emails must be received by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, and must include the name and address of the City of York resident.
