Hello! My name is Mr. Ship and I am the assistant principal at Ferguson Pre-K-8 school. I graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership. I have thirteen years of experience as a teacher and assistant principal addressing the academic, social, and emotional needs of a wide range of learners in urban settings. I believe in creating positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members to build a culture in which all students will learn how to reach their goals and become productive members of society. I have a beautiful ten year old daughter who is my pride and joy!
